I have no signal at all. I believe that I may have been disconnected but
I shouldn’t have been. Other people near me have signal but I am the
only one that doesn’t
The same has happened to me. It’s a joke. Can not get thru to them on
the phone or by message. Have try Facebook my o2 and other social
platforms. I will be ending my contract once I have finally spoken to
someone.Customer service is a complete job
