So as the live chat is down for me.My contract is finishes on the 21st may 2018 but they want to keep charging me full rate for some reason. I want a sim only deal now someone please help

I called o2 and upgraded with them through the phone. I was told going from 3gb to 6gb a month will be the exact same price i was really happy as they also gave me 2gb free as i ran out. I was soo happy that i actually went out of my time and trouble...
