My old bank won't let me reinstead so on 02 chat again but that's where they done it wrong maybe just a bad advisor

Sadly it's not easy with the switch I can't seem to do it only with phone it was to change dd if not ill reinstead to my old account

So if I go into app my 02 go to device plan then ready to upgrade and then leads me to store then go to sim only pick one and then pay it will that be it all sorted.
