I have a sim only O2 phone. I have now ordered a new phone with a new contract from O2 but from a different supplier. I want to keep the same number. How do I transfer same number with O2 to the new O2 SIM card for new phone

Thanks I have done this about 8 hours ago but not yet ported across. How long should it take?
