Just had a text from O2 offering me an upgrade as my carphone warehouse
contract has ended. The only options appear to be upgrading to a new
phone, no option for sim only. If I go to change tariff the options are

I have 2 phones on contract set up in myo2 web. I added 2 payg phones
under a different email address but they show up in the original
address. How come?
I have 2 phones in my pay monthly account, one sim-only, handset paid,
the other handset not fully paid. When I select the sim-onlt to upgrade
I get the still owing phone with settlement. How can I upgrade the

Yes but my point is that O2 are not really giving much incentive to stay
with them. I have been with O2 for years but have seen the se with other
providers with 4GB data for £17 a month. That's for the first 6 months
and then it goes up to £34 but ov...
OK, I guess I don't understand. What does that mean in practice. I
thought it means me buying a new sim-only deal and transferring my
existing number to the new sim contract?
