I have an Apple Watch and was on O2 PAYG. I have now changed to a
monthly charged rolling plan. My Apple Watch says the O2 mobile service
is not supported. Can anyone advise please?
I have recently applied to move from PAYG to pay monthly and have
ordered a new SIM card. Over two weeks and I’m still waiting. Is this a
normal time to wait? I note that the order has yet to be processed.
