couple of unresolved queries, but having spoken to 8 advisors, and two
managers about migrating my number, the community forums came up trumps!
Thanks to @O2Lisa it got sorted and my number has been ported. So
grateful, as I was going round in circles with CS, and it was I assume a
system glitch that kept preventing it from happening, that Lisa spotted
and resolved. Fab!
