I didn’t choose to switch up though, but at bottom of contract it says they will send package for switch up.
Im wondering if it’s a standard message at the bottom of contract for those that choose to switch up?
also my monthly bill, don’t show any reduction for giving them my current handset.
I can get a lot more for it by selling it another way.
Current handset I didn’t get from O2

If there’s order movements on Tuesdays and Thursdays… what time can we expect messages usually? Is it any time during the day? Morning?
and are O2 usually accurate with their estimates… I was told upto 3 weeks to collect from store, I’ve got 4 days left

@Bloodangelz unfortunately they are not particularly accurate all the time, I’ve had instances where they have been but I’m currently waiting on one of the new Apple Watches which when I ordered on the 10th stated up to 3 weeks, that delivery timeframe has ticked down and down over the last 3 weeks to a point where last Tuesday it changed to up to 2 to 3 days, a week later and I still haven’t got anything and today is 3 weeks since I ordered so it’s now officially late and no one can give any idea what’s happening and there are others in a similar boat, I’m being told they simply don’t have the stock

@Yan101 don’t use the packaging they send you, use your own (original box if you have it) and wrap it up good in bubble wrap, the postage pack they send is nowhere near adequate enough for the value you’re talking about and if it gets damaged in transit I’ve heard stories that they take no responsibility

Hang on in there as I was in the same position... until last night where it finally changed to that I could no longer cancel my order. That was about 20:00. Then I got a text saying a service I had added is now live at 22:58, followed by a DPD text at 23:13 saying they was expecting my parcel.
My phone is currently out for delivery today and all the while O2 gave limited details.
I would advise to hang on in there as I came close to cancelling over the weekend and I will finally have mine today. I think all the stuck order stuff from customer services was a load of rubbish and the delays have been the limited stock from Apple.
I ordered a 1TB Pro Max in Natural Titanium on the 13th at 14:02.

There’s hope yet!
I think you’re the first person I’ve seen on here to mention the 1TB version in NT. I’m hopeful there’s going to be a load of movement tonight.

That’s good! I’m glad you’re getting yours today. i don’t mind the fact there is a wait from Apple, it’s just the total lack of communication! Fingers crossed!

@MikeS-87 nail on the head really, all the stuck orders talk is waffle, they just don’t have the stock plain and simple and their own internal processes (new warehouse migration) has caused the delays we’re seeing. I received my phone on release day but still awaiting one of the new Apple Watch’s which I ordered 3 weeks today with a delivery timeline of up to 3 weeks and since last Tuesday a delivery timeline of up to 2-3 days and I’ve still got nothing

Really is very poor their CS… they need to employ more competent staff, and stop with their false info which leads to false hopes

If I have had an order number and paid upfront fee… am I guaranteed to get the phone? Or can they still let you down
