Evening all.

Can someone tell me how to get the WiFi boosters from virgin that I am eligible for with volt?  The double speed has done nothing to improve my WiFi signal at home.

Thanks

You need to call virgin Customer service: 0345 454 1111

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Run the Virgin Media App's network coverage test, if the results show you have a black spot in your house, Virgin will use that to decide if you will need one or moreof their WiFi Pods sent to you, @jaybo1973. The app prompts you where and how to run the tests.

Good luck!

I didn't have to send them anything at all.

I just called and requested one which was sent to me a few days later.

Nothing needed at all from me only a very simple phone call

They will only send you one

Another phone call was needed in order for me to get a second pod

If you use the VM Connect App to do the tests it automatically reports back to Virgin

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The app does the measurement and the reporting back to Virgin Media, as per the guide here: https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app

When I ordered one I didn't have to scan I just asked for it.
This was a while ago now though, so maybe things have changed...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
