I spoke with a member of o2 stuff months ago about my volt activation yet my volt has still not been activated Although I was told that it would be I’m very upset about the whole situation and have been a loyal customer of O2 and virgin media for several years. I would like this resolved quickly because I have been treated extremely unfairly.

Make sure the address is the same for both accounts.
Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
