Volt Megaguide explains it, but basically, within 14 days of successful registration, your O2 data will have doubled, and your VM will have moved up to next level, eg from M100 to M200.
If after 14days, no change - contact the relevant party, either VM for broadband, or O2 for mobile data.
You also get a Bolt-on showing in your MyO2 to say Volt activated. No such notification in VM.
