Volt registration

I am both an O2 and Virgin Media customer but cannot find out how to register for Volt. If I click on the link it just takes me back to the O2 sign on screen

It should be added automatically after around 14 days of sign up.

All now resolved but took telephone calls to Virgin and O2 to solve
