Hi, I am a virginmedia and 02 customer. I have discovered that I have two direct debits coming out monthly om 02, one of which is a number I do not know. When I signed up for Volt I stated I was already in an 02 pay monthly contract. Now horrified that I have been billed twice since last June.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Virgin Mis-selling I suspect, then putting the ball into O2's court to sort out.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Ah yes, the old "you need a new sim to get volt benefits" scam......
