Hi, I’m o2 and virgin broadband customer both accounts my name with same address. Still wait my extra 50GB to be added to my account but no one seems to be willing to help me as I have called O3 & virgin media several times but they keep saying it will be added to your account but still haven’t. I’m on O2 from last 2 months now moved from virgin mobile. 

any one have any clue?  Thank you 🙏🏽

Provided that all the account details match the extra data and broadband speed boost will be added automatically within 14 days.

You may need to apply through your MyO2 and Virgin account though Volt Megaguide
