Afternoon,
I have tried many times to activate this, I am an O2 Customer with Virgin Broadband in our household, we have recently moved in over the past couple months, i have changed my address on MyO2 to the same as what our Virgin Broadband is but i still don't have the option to activate this.
When i try it sends me on a back and forth loop between the two websites, my current tarriff has been active since 2020 and runs out in October, will i need a new sim to activate this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
