Hi,

I was an existing Virgin Media customer and decided to purchase a SIM only deal directly from O2 site.

I was given the impression that I would then qualify for the Volt benefits after my 02 account was active for 14 days. It has been nearly 2 months and still nothing.

It does not make me want to recommend either service to anyone as it is nearly impossible to talk to anyone about it.

Not expecting anything to happen but happy to have the opportunity to vent.

David

@Wrendeot

You can apply for Volt benefits in your MyO2 which will check your eligibility and update you immediately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
