Hi, there is no assurance or information re. how to activate Volt. It seems to be a passive response - it will happen after 14 days in one blog and then a message that if you don't have it already, it may be because you are not eligible for it.

I would like an A, B, C of what I need to do in order to activate Volt or if there is nothing for me to do, I would like assurances as to why; do you have my details that I am a Virgin and O2 customer? If so how, cause i haven't approved Virgin sharing my details with O2?

You should have had written communication from Virginmedia and O2 will have all your info if you were a Virginmedia mobile customer

If so then obviously data banks will also have merged with O2

All we have is here

Volt Megaguide

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
