VM Volt SIM package, but full mobile BB allowance not showing correctly

Hi, I am a new customer through Virgin Media included in a Volt Upgrade.  My O2 service came with 4Gb allowance, but the account only shows 2Gb.  The Virgin agend advised that once the SIM has been activated, the 2Gb allowance would be "Supercharged" to 4Gb.

 

Please can you help?

But it can take 14days to be applied to your data allowance

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
