Trying to apply Volt speed increase, loops to an error

When we signed up for Virgin Media broadband, the guy took our details and as we were O2 customers said we would automatically be eligible for the Volt speed/data increase.

However when the engineer came to connect our router ( **Personal info** ) etc, he said we weren't down as a Volt customer.

We followed his advice about texting the word Volt, customer number, area code, engineer no etc but have heard nothing since.

I've tried to activate Volt benefits on the O2 site but it just continually gives an error with my details and directs me back to the O2 homepage.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks

@Lisa-32-

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

With regards to the broadband this has to be dealt with by Virgin Media. Call 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 4541111 from any other

Normally it's around 14 day from sign up when these things are applied

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
