I have been on O2 for couple of months now, Suddenly since past two months they have removed all my discounts as agreed when I joined. When I call customer care they just keep ranting the same thing saying we dont know why that has happened. We will check and email you. And if I dont pay my bills I get a default. I can understand the price rise but how can you got against the agreement which I have to follow for 18 months and not you? Volt O2
anyone able to resolve this.

Which discounts are you referring to. Double data on O2, speed boost on Virgin, or is it something else?
