Hi my volt benefits have been deactivated and I didn't want this to happen please can you reactivate for me

Have you made any changes recently to your account

They can take time to be reapplied

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you've upgraded it can take up to 14 days to reactivate.

Sometimes it's quicker though. The last time I upgraded it only took 4 days.
