What does”out of bundle charges reduction” mean?

It's a billing conversion applied to align your O2 bill to your old Virgin charges.

Today I changed my Sim only plan, to a cheaper, but virtually same plan. Tonight they messaged me, saying they’ve removed my “out of bundle charges reduction”? I’m confused?

That's because they removed your previous discount due to the tariff change @Fretman
