New o2 customer, already with virgin media

Hi
Just activated my o2 sim and setup my o2 app. When I click on the volt guide in the app or website it says its unable to retrieve my details.
Any ideas?

You can apply through your MyO2 or by calling O2 but it should be added automatically after 14 days.

Possibly Too early for the systems to all be aligned @GingerPrince
However, you do need to be on a monthly contract and not PAYG.
If you're eligible, give it 48 hours and try again or contact O2.
