I'm eligible for Volt but the website is saying I am not

I had Virgin Broadband installed on Monday and am a Pay Monthly customer however the website is saying that I am not eligible. The chatbot didn't help and wouldn't connect me to a person to speak to. How do I get this setup?

Volt will be applied after 14 days or sooner

That's a generic error message when the account is being processed
