You need to contact Virgin media who will run you through some tests

150 from Virgin Landline or 0345 4541111 from any other phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Evielb

You can run the tests and order pods through the virgin connect app https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi,

You can use the Virgin media connect app on your phone to scan the house and detect blackspots the app should then allow you to order pods, Failing that you can ring virgin media team and they will help get wifi pods for your home, Due to the bad weather at the moment there may be a delay in delivery

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account). Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here.

@Ceebie Sorry we can't help as it's  down to Virgin.

Have you used the Connect App and gone through a scan of all your rooms.

Virgin need that information

@Ceebie

If you follow the correct advice given above to use the VM Connect app, it's all done automatically.
