Hi should have the Volt double data activated and it’s not

I have Virgin Media wifi and i’m a O2 client, and when I got the new deal I got told the data would be automatically doubled (they confirmed and everything that I had Virgin Media) but when I went to see the amount of data available it’s still the normal plan
