When I click the Enabling WiFi switch on my compatible iPhone a pop up takes me to the O2 website where I go round in circles trying to find out how to activate WiFi calling

There are 3 steps to getting it active on your account @Colin13

Step 1 is getting o2 customer services to enable it.

After 24 hours you can then complete step 2 - turn it on in your My o2.

Once that is done you can then complete the last part - turn it on for your phone.

All of this is subject to you having a compatible device - the list is on the link below.

@Colin13

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
