Contract states 10GB data - Account says only 5GB

I have just taken out Virgin Media / O2 Volt package. The offer included 10GB data and the O2 contract schedule clearly states 10GB. However online account only shows 5GB. How can this be rectified?

It's 5MB doubled to 10MB once Volt benefits kick in. Usually around 14 days from when you signed up  

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks Enlii, the 14days "kick-in" period wasn't clear from all the gumff that is sent through.
