voicemail notifications

with O2 voicemail, can you tell me how i can change the notification so when i am  getting a voicemail it notify me by sending a text or shows a missed call on your phone symbol, because all I get at the moment is a message on my pulldown screen at the top of the phone on my Samsung s20.

this had nothing in the infonabout changing the voicemail notifications!

Hi Jonsie,

I did try this but it just stops my voicemail working and it states it will send you a text message after a missed call but it doesn't do that either!

I don't understand why this is so complicated 😕 

all I want is a notification via a text eg after I have received a voice message
