upgraded to a sim only contract 2 hours ago and now can't access my O2 account.

during the upgrade I selected esim transfer. I understood that the transfer would be quick, I currently don't seem to have use of the phone outside of the internet router from home

eSIMs are delivered via MyO2 

eSIM - How to activate  

If you can't get into MyO2 then the best bet is to call into an O2 shop with Photo ID.

eSIMs should be quick and they are on most networks apart from O2. That is why we advise against them

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
