Hi,

I goyt a new apple to upgrade old apple yesterday, all is working well, however my "phone signal" (Calls and Texts) is still active on my old phone and not yet active on the new phone (can only use Wifi on the new one). How long should this take to switch over? Do i need to take the sim out of the old phone?

Strange having 2 phones working side by side

To be able to receive a 5g signal, you will need to do a sim swap to use the new sim that came with the new phone.

Your old sim will only receive up to 4g.

You just need to take the sim out of the old phone and put it in the new phone, it is as simple as that.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
