I am hoping someone can help, I have had my number ported over from EE to o2 on Tuesday, i had to have a sim swap yesterday in store as the number would not link with the iPhone after porting to set up i message and facetime, that seems to have sorted that issue and can now access imessage/facetime and receive messages, however i cannot receive SMS which are being sent to verify logins for different accounts, make payments, access banking, can anyone help i am ready to cancel the contract as still in cooling off period, have never had so much hassle with a phone before .

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
