trying to get volt to work

hello

i have had volt benefits at my mums house, i have now moved and added my new address to my o2 account

I have virgin all set up and working but i cannot activate the volt benefits, is it possible to move my volt benefits to my new address ?

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

You may also need to contact Virgin.
