Hi i have just received my upgraded phone which is a samsung z flip 3 5 g and the new sim when inserted says sim not provisioned, ?and the phone will not work

You can use your old sim or do a sim swap to activate the new one for 5g Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
