I haven't been able to connect to the  o2 network for over 2  weeks I have had two new sim cards one sent to me one installed in an o2 shop. The sim cards haven't worked in either this phone or my old phone, I have no bars on my account, this was checked in-store, but I still don't have a connection.

Hi @seanC1962 have you tried other sim cards in your device like @jonsie suggested?
