Hello, i have looked on the website on how to try and solve my issue however nothing has worked. My phone is telling me i have 4g yet does not work. I even put the sim card into another phone and still doesnt work. I think i need a new sim card

When you say 4G is not working, are you getting a signal (you can call and send messages) @Ashleigh1999 ?

If yes, then it might be the settings in the phone.

Check if the phone matches the settings on the link below:

https://theroams.co.uk/providers/o2/guides/internet-settings/

If no, it sounds like a sim issue. Either pop to your local shop with some photo ID and get a new one, or ask customer services.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
