Hi i am trying to upgrade my phone through my o2 account as the screen on my current phone is broken and will not unlock. To proceed it is saying i am being send a code via text message to confirm it is me but i obviously cannot see the code. How do i get past this?

You can also upgrade in store if you take some ID with you such as passport or drivers license.
