so I have successfully used a form on the app/web page that allows me to move a pay and go number over to my pay monthly contract, that form has always worked and was on the support page - KEEP MY NUMBER.

I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES THIS YEAR and I'm getting back a rejection from the port in/migrate team!

'Validation Exception: sorry the information provided for our security checks is incorrect please check and resubmit' I don't understand because everything is correct but is not working!

PLEASE HELP! what validation exception could be wrong?????

Usually the error is the security word you enter which is not your password, but the customer service keyword which can be changed in your MyO2.

However, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
