been trying to access live chat for 2 days can anyone help please its not giving me the option anywhere

Live chat is still intermittent but if you hang around the shop pages it may pop up for you.

Can sombody help me~
I still have my data left 10gb which i couldnt access~
Is there any way i can use it?
Itried to call CS but got no answer~

It was 25gb due to covid scenario free but then i used15gb, so it shows in the meter i still have 10gb, how come i couldnt use it?
