Why is it that o2 keep insisting that my local o2 shop has no Guru? I spoke to him yesterday.  I'm fed up of being told this. I want to buy a new phone from o2, and have the Guru (Ian) transfer my data but it seems that o2 don't know of his existence. Anyone else found that o2 don't really know who works in their shops?I just want to make an appointment online. I'm now seriously considering going to the local EE store who have been very helpful. Pity, because I have been an o2 customer 22 years.

@igiveup

Just use iTunes to do it yourself.

Very simple to do.

I just want my data transferred to a new Android phone.
