have no signal at home so am not getting text messages. phone is on home wi fi so get email whats app etc.

@Dubu52 As you have an iPhone, make sure you have the latest firmware and then ask O2 to enable WiFi Calling on your account

Do you have WiFi Calling enabled. If so which handset do you have? Some allow text over wifi 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I’m the same. No signal or Wi-Fi calling. Can only text via iMessage or WhatsApp through Wi-Fi.
