new phone, new sim, new network, O2 has PAC and transferred old number, phone using new number

Hi has anyone had this problem and has a fix please.

New iphone, new sim, moved to O2 network. O2 has PAC and transferred old number.

New phone sending texts and whats app using new number.

People can ring me on old number.

Cant solve it and looked online.

So I have 1 sim in phone but 2 numbers. How do I remove new number on phone.

Tried settings. It has new number on details and I cant change it.

Help v gratefully received as v frustrated. Thank you.

It sounds like it hasn't completed porting. Keep rebooting your phone.

Go to

Settings .> Mobile >> My number

Put the correct number in

[MI5]

Settings >Phone >My Number
