I can login to My O2 online however the app is constantly has the error, opps something went wrong.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it's still the same.
It is the same on another phone that I have a contract with O2.

You'll need to call customer service to reset your accounts.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Update,
lots of back and forth with the customer service team.
I can still login online but I can't via the app on any of my mobiles.
I have provided screen shots and other details and the team are still working on a soloution, as yet resetting the account hasn't been an option.
