Solved: iPhone xr

I have set up my new phone and there is a black shadow in bottom left hand corner. It effects any app and home screen. How do I contact a guru to talk about this problem.

As it's a new phone it should be returned for replacement https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-returns-policy
