Hi! 

awaiting response from the CRT team. 

ongoing issue with data connection, I have to manually reconnect all the time when I’m out of the house. 

has anyone had this issue resolved?

Others have reported having to request a network disconnect to fix the issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I have this issue too. It’s driving me nuts. I’ve had 2 new phones and 3 SIM cards and it’s still doing the same thing

In simple terms, a hard reset of your account.
