iPhone 11 esim phone calls cut out

I have an iphone 11 which when making phone calls 8 out of 10 calls cut out not just at home but out and about. I have reset the network makes no difference. I have spoken to CS a number of times but they are useless and just keep telling me the signal in my area is ok but they dont call me to discuss!!!
