@jhan2010 This is not O2. This is a customer community and can be viewed by anyone. Remove your number or you run the risk of being spammed or scammed. Go to the down facing arrow above the date and time in your post and click Edit Reply to remove your number.

You need to speak to customer service.
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management) or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Why are you trying to revive your number @jhan2010 ?

If you were on pay as you go and the number has not been used for a while then you need to contact customer services, who might be able to get it back (but no guarantees). They are on 0344 809 222.

If you were on pay monthly, then if you had an outstanding balance you need to contact payment management on 0800 902 0217.

Alternatively use social media:
