Bought a new Ipad 3rd of Feb on O2
/Swapmysim down still 6 months later
cannot get message to old sim to activate new sim as i do not have it after old phone was damaged.
no live chat for customers not upgrading or new customers!.
paying for useless monile broadband simcard and O2 dont seem to care unless your new buyers!
not very happy and may cancel the lot and go elsewhere

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Already tried the above thanks.
got through once after 54 minutes and was told to goto simswap again which didnt work as i cant get text sent to sim as its not activatedand i dont have old sim as i told the person.
Giffgaff is calling and returning the ipad is my only option.

You're too late to just return it now without paying the full contract.
Pop into your local O2 store and they will sort it for you.
