You need a new esim pack from O2.

The best way by far is to pop into your local O2 store with photo ID.

You cannot transfer an esim between phones so this is the only way.

You can get a new esim from the MyO2 app. Just go to >> Manage you account >> Swap your SIM

Only applicable to customers on 360 which not everyone is yet.
