Hi, I have got into a problem. I swapped my O2 plastic sim from my mobile to an esim and installed it on my new galaxy watch 6. Then I realized that it cannot send or receive any sms or calls. Now I am trying to move that esim back to my mobile either in the form of esim or plastic sim but the problem is that when I request a sim on MyO2 app, it says that to confirm my identity, a code will be sent via sms to my phone number but I cannot access that sms as the esim is in the watch and as a result my request cannot proceed and I am stuck. Please help.

Go in store and take photo ID, it's the only way.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
